Travelocity: The Company with No Answers

It’s not that I have unreasonable expectations for the kind of responses a company ought to give. Yes, in this age of social media, proliferation of voices, and instantaneous communication, it is nice to receive a personal response from a public figure. I’ve felt very rewarded in my occasionally communication with, for example, iOS developers.
